Looking for a motivated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join us in a Level 3 role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, travel, and the satisfaction of keeping sites looking their best all year round.

About the Role:

Working as part of a two-person crew, you’ll carry out a full range of gardening and grounds maintenance services across multiple client sites. The role involves regular interstate travel, with most weeks spent servicing locations around the Central West region and beyond, under a national maintenance schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mowing, trimming, brush cutting, and weed control
  • Hedge shaping, pruning, and general garden care
  • General site tidiness and upkeep
  • Working efficiently alongside a Team Leader
  • Travelling interstate on a weekly basis (travel, accommodation, and allowances covered)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor work
  • Physically fit and capable of handling outdoor, hands-on work
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willing and able to travel regularly (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends)
  • White Card and current driver’s licence (essential)
  • Chainsaw, chemical handling or horticulture qualifications (advantageous)

Progression Opportunity:

If you’re the right fit, after onboarding and training, you’ll have the opportunity to step up into a Team Leader role and manage your own offsider. We’re looking to invest in someone long-term who’s ready to grow with us.

What We Offer:

  • Paid travel time, accommodation, and daily travel allowance
  • Supportive team environment with strong leadership and training
  • All tools, PPE, and uniforms provided
  • Clear pathway to Team Leader position
